Hand-poured soy and beeswax candles in jars, tins, and tapers. Scents lean warm and homey, tobacco, fig, woodsmoke, and cut grass. Each one is poured, labeled, and trimmed by the maker.
Before the lines came through, light was something you made. Dipped tallow, poured beeswax, a wick cut from cotton string. These makers still pour in small batches with the door open.
